Got Back Pain?
Back pain is something that has plagued me for most of my teenage and adult life, and this is my research into the frustrating world of pain relief. At its worst, the pain the I suffered was so severe that I was unable to sleep at night because of the constant burning, aching and ‘popping’ that went on each and every day.
If you have suffered severe pain then this site may have the information that you need to take back control of your life. My own pain was caused by an overly stressful working environment, poor ergonomics, extended work hours and consistent and repetitive tasks. I was your ideal case for getting carpal tunnel or RSI, and after about 8 months of working in these conditions I could barely function, let alone be productive.
Without any medical leave or support from the company I needed to change things up. I took 7 months off work where I concentrated on using the computer as little as possible, daily meditation routines and daily stretching routines.
All of this helped immensely, but the damage was already done. Even though I have been able to return to work, if the workload becomes too great, or I feel too much stress I can start to feel the old pain returning to my arm or my back.
